Royal Mail Postal Strikes

At T.H. Findings we pride ourselves on providing a dependable and efficient service. Though in house order processing and dispatch times are as reliable as ever, we have been experiencing external delays due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes. Not only do they delay delivery times of your items, they also influence how fast our suppliers can get stock to us. Please keep this in mind and make time allowances during this period when planning your orders to minimise wait times.

The planned strike days, and the departments they apply to, are shown below.

If you have any priority orders that you need urgently Valentina will be able to assist you in placing a courier order. We currently use APC Next Day and there is an approximate £10 charge for packages up to 10kg

If you are local to the Jewellery Quarter you can also book a collection. This differs to our standard shop experience as we will know what you'd like before you arrive and can pick and pack your items ready for your visit. Paying prior to collection will also cut down any wait time in store.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance during this time. With 14 days of planned action in November alone it is safe to say we will all be affected at some point. We will do everything in our power to ensure our service is affected as little as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.

Two Of The Longest Established Wholesalers In Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter Have Merged!

A2Z Jewellery and T.H. Findings have combined under one roof to bring you a wider variety of Jewellery making findings and finished giftware at amazing prices.

A2Z Jewellery, who traded from the same premises for over 30 years, closed their doors on the 23rd December for the final time. The jewellery business has moved just around the corner to the T.H. Findings showroom at 42 Hylton Street. Faye Cook, Managing Director of T.H. Findings says she looks forward to all of the new challenges this venture will bring and is excited to welcome all A2Z customers.

T.H. Findings are pleased to announce Kelly, pictured below with Faye & Veit, has also moved across to join the team. With over 15 years experience at A2Z, her friendly manner and existing product knowledge is a valued and welcomed addition. Together with Emma & Valentina they will ensure customers, both old & new, will continue to receive an outstanding standard of service.
