There are a number of ways to shop with TH Findings.

DISPATCH TIME

Thank you for choosing to shop with TH Findings. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday and 12pm on a Friday will be picked and packed the very same day. Should there be any issues with your order a member of the team will be in touch to discuss this further. Orders placed after the above times will be processed the next working day.

TAKING PAYMENT

Payment will be arranged with a member of the team once your items have been picked.

If you're collecting your items. payment can be made via cash in store.

Payments online can be made securely via Bacs. You will find all necessary account details on the top right hand side of your invoice. This will be sent directly to you, via email, once your order is ready for dispatch. This offers the fastest and most secure method of payment and is our most popular payment method! 

Debit/credit cards are also accepted, we do not however accept cheques, PayPal or any other forms of payment.

BACKORDERS

Orders placed for items that are out of stock will be placed on backorder unless stated otherwise. You will not be charged for them until they are back in stock and we are able to fulfil your order. Placing items on backorder helps us know particular lines are in urgent need.

FREE COLLECTIONS

We offer a free collection service for all phone and online orders. Simply request this option at checkout and a member of our team will contact you once your order is ready for collection during shop hours. Please note we are not open on weekends.

Royal Mail have recently released their new postal charges for 2024, valid from 4th April.
